Marcus Rudolph is a graduate of Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH and is a post-graduate from the University of Tennessee. Marcus has been employed by Knox County Juvenile Court since 2009. Marcus’ current role is an Intake Counselor & Probationary Officer for Knox County Juvenile Court. He is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator specially trained in domestic violence issues. Marcus is a dedicated advocate for mediation as he frequently mediates with pro se parties on juvenile issues and with private parties in family disputes. Marcus serves as the Chair on the Board of Directors of the Community Mediation Center in Knoxville, TN. He is a member of Tennessee Valley Mediation Association. Lastly, Marcus is a State of Tennessee Notary Public.
